Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are a childcare staffing agency and use Indeed Sponsored Jobs to find candidates for our nanny and backup childcare positions. We hire throughout New England and are continuously looking for qualified candidates.

Pros and Cons

Notifications of new candidates
Help keep candidates organized

Cost is too high for small companies
Too restrictive with our multiple posts, we have several to cover all of MA/RI/NH

In my experience, our customer service rep is not helpful in helping us figure out how to cut costs and be more efficient. I feel Indeed Sponsored Jobs is growing too quickly, charging too much, and there is lots of room for a competitor to do a better job.

We are in the process now of evaluating and hopefully trying some new companies for our candidate sourcing.
