Overall Satisfaction with Infosec IQ

We are currently using InfoSec IQ throughout the whole organization. It has helped us prevent many phishing attacks and other types of scams that we have had issues with before. It also informs our company on how to practice safe data transferring which gives us peace of mind knowing that our data is safer than ever!

Pros

  • Very user-friendly UI for both user and admins.
  • Well structured lectures jam-packed with information.
  • Very helpful team who is there to help you get the most out of InfoSec.

Cons

  • I wish they allowed you to put what time you want a campaign to finish rather than just the days.
  • It has eliminated previous scams that employees have fallen for, which has costed the company quite a bit of money.
We have only used InfoSec and cannot see us using another one!
Their UI is very user-friendly for both admins and users.
Every time I have a question on how to do something or and issue, I can count on InfoSec's team to assist me through it!

InfoSec is perfect for those who want a fun, attractive way to teach their employees how to successfully prevent getting scammed through phishing or other forms of hacks. It also is a great way to teach employees how to securely transfer company data so that it does not fall into the wrong hands.
