Overall Satisfaction with Infosec IQ
We use Infosec across the whole organization for required cyber safety training for all new hires. We also use it for regular phishing tests to ensure our employees are being safe while working remotely. It allows us to help employees understand the importance of looking out for signs of hacking, spam, and maintaining a safe work environment since we deal with customer's private information.
- Easy to understand training videos.
- User-friendly experience: It's simple to sign people up, add them to campaigns, and we never have problems with employees completing the campaign.
- Easy to read graphs and reports.
- Customer service: When I had questions, I was given videos to watch rather than direct answers, but the video did not answer my questions anyways so I was still left confused.
- Too many video options- It's hard to use this platform to it's full potential.

Infosec is my first experience with platforms like such, and overall is a fine experience. Easy to use, manage, and facilitate with employees, and for my first experience with this it has been an easy time.
