Overall Satisfaction with Infosec IQ
We use Infosec IQ across six different locations, training users with AwareEd and also sending them phishing emails.
Infosec IQ has helped to create a constant awareness of the threats to our internal systems via email, phone calls, in person, jump drives, and possibly others. Users are no longer click happy through all of their emails, which is a major step forward in our organization. Users slow down and thoroughly review their emails.
Pros
- AwareEd training videos
- Setup of campaigns
- Phishing email templates
- Grading of users with where they are at
Cons
- Reports
- Individual profile reporting of what has been completed compared to incomplete
- Reports
- Each week users catch at least one bad email that has come through that we need to blacklist.
- Today it saved us from being hacked.
- Passwords for email and our network are no longer sent in email from our users. They call or text us the information.
- Employees have been very aware of people outside of our plants, wandering around and asking about our internal WiFi.
- Users are cautious with information they give over the phone and they verify who it is typically with a call to a number they have.
- Getting the employees and management to discuss this threat is quite remarkable.
We had an outside vendor do a one-time training. That works well for about a month, then people forget.
