Overall Satisfaction with Infusionsoft
The Utah Chapter of the American Marketing Association is currently using Infusionsoft because it is low cost for everything that it achieves. We really needed a step up from the Mail Chimp, Constant Contact type services and get to personalization, automation, and real campaign management. This allows us to do that in an easy way with out a lot of training.
- Email campaign managment
- Customer behavior
- Personalization
- Lead generation
- Sales CRM
- Reporting
- Content development
- Speed of execution
- Customer Satisfaction
- Employee satisfaction
To be strait forward, I love HubSpot and use it in another organization. I also love InfusionSoft. There is a lot of overlap, and some differences. The biggest differences between the two are that HubSpot has more robust reporting. For smaller organizations this may not be a big deal. Also, you cannot beat the pricing that InfusionSoft offers. One big advantage that InfusionSoft has is its built in Sales CRM and eCommerce platforms. Although, this week HubSpot just launched a CRM that works. Not sure how that will play out.
What I really love about InfusionSoft that you don't see in any other product is that you get the whole package. Nothing is left out. Other products, you have different subscription levels for additional features. Not with InfusionSoft. They have modules like ecommerce, but there is a huge package that comes with that, not just a couple extra features.
The biggest advantage InfusionSoft has over every other option is its tagging capability. Tags allow you to track and monitor customer and prospect behavior and automate campaigns based on those. It is amazing and no one else has it.
A drawback to InfusionSoft is that it is weak when it comes to social media integration and reporting.
