Overall Satisfaction with Insightly

Insighlty is not currently used where I work now but I used this product daily at my previous job as an Executive Assistant at AngelaCARES, Inc. Insighty helped me to stay organized and is a great tool for time management. I had no problems with this product and would recommend it to anyone.
  • Organizes clients, customers, investors, etc. with an easy to use data collector.
  • Made it easy to send out information to the people you need to with just a few clicks.
  • Allows for privacy so only authorized people can access certain information
  • I had to play around with the program but overall it was easy to operate.
  • I would like for them to have a technical support 24/7 so when its late and you need assistance there will be someone to help you.
  • A conference feature would be nice to allow for virtual meetings.

Insightly has the basic features of all three of the programs I named above. Its like a one stop shop and instead of having to navigate from one program to another I was able to do everything through one program, Insightly, and that not only saved me time, but it also helped increase my productivity for each day allowing me to take on more tasks.
Insightly is a product for anyone, from a girl scout leader to a huge corporation. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for time management, client information organization, and data collection. The product feature to input information, combine, look up, and schedule is what helps with time management. The feature to organize client information acts like a virtual address book and makes it easy to manage customer information and access that information quickly. The data collection helps with everything in between because you can search information that has been previously input into the system.
