Overall Satisfaction with Insightly
It is used as a sales tool to keep track of the different clients and manage leads and opportunities. I use it to do prospecting and to follow up on my own prospects. It's a two-member group completely sales advocated.
- Bulk managing contacts/leads. It's great to be able to send emails to a large group of contacts or to add a set of activities to leads.
- Creating a pipeline that fits the company.
- Separating leads from opportunities.
- I think the timeline is not shown as good as other platforms (like HubSpot CRM), where you can see at first glance all the activities that the lead made, regarding opening emails or answering them.
- It would be awesome if you could change the status of a group of leads at the same time (just like sending bulk emails or adding activity sets).
- I think the UX has room for improvement.
- Improved efficiency
Not yet, we're still working on our pipeline and with that unspecified, it's impossible to know who's fault is it
We stayed with insightly because it suited our needs and our platform was already built in there.
