Overall Satisfaction with Insightly

We use insightly for database reasonings, we also track leads, sales, revenue, opportunities, marketing, commissioning, and projects. Scheduling tasks, reminders, calendars, and self-automation emails. After years of lead intake, Insightly makes it easy to have all your clients in one place with many options that assist in streamlining the process

  • Reports allow us to see what we made or what we lost, allowing us to adjust if needed.
Insightly feels like it could use a makeover with looks and functionality, but the coding and customization really make this CRM work!
Using Insightly we have streamlined our process from contact, lead, opportunity, and projects. Seeing major differences between each year allows us to point to certain scenarios/situations that have allowed to us adjust moving forward.
Insightly works well with databases where we can have multiple invoices etc.

Great for keeping up with clients and notes. Also great for tracking sold jobs, revenue, and opportunity/project values. Tracking opportunities can feel somewhat of a pain with the slider system. Although Insightly has great systems for reminders, tasks, etc. it seems that it could be integrated with a smarter system. Love the customization and the ability to make it your own.
