We use Insightly CRM and the Marketing tool
  • Relatively easy to configure
  • Relatively customizable
  • Need more native integrations with other platforms
  • Insightly has been able to scale alongside our business
We haven't needed to rely on dedicated implementation help to achieve the results we need
We have been able to build dozens of workflows for different teams within our company

I believe Insightly is a great CRM and marketing automation tool for most start-ups and smaller companies that are not yet ready to invest in more expensive solutions. It's fairly self-serve, so we can manage it ourselves rather than relying on outside implementation support
