Overall Satisfaction with Intacct
We are a reseller of Intacct and have implemented the software in a number of organizations. It is typically used as the general ledger, financial reporting and accounts payable software and setup to integrate with a different revenue software.
- Seamless integration with other software.
- Real time financial reporting that includes non financial metrics to allow for more in depth financial reporting.
- Easy to use, web based and open source.
- Personally, I could use more training. Much of the product was learned through the help menu and trial and error.
- Intacct has been a great way to get new clients. It is a great conversation started. We can give our clients a product that many other accountants can not. A real time, accurate, custom accounting system at a reasonable price.
QuickBooks Online is the most often compared. With QuickBooks, you have to build your business processes around the way QuickBooks does accounting. With Intacct, the user is the boss.
