Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
Whole organization...flexibility has led to many "best practices" that vary by business unit.

- Invoicing
- Ability to review GL accounts with and without dimensions or BY dimensions
- draft/editing of invoices for approval by project managers
- word merge customization is difficult
- Templates for invoicing by service/item
- Recurring invoicing has sped up a subset of our monthly invoicing. Intacct allows us to be confident all recurring fees are captured.
- We have keep the number of finance personnel the same while supporting a larger and larger global technical staff.
With regional finance offices located in the US, Spain, Mexico, India we can readily look at information posted in one of the other entities when questions arise.
We use project accounting, time and expense, multi-entity across many regions. Previous accounting software was limited to each region and required a great deal of correspondence to review issues and month end items. Intacct allows for each entity to have its own financials but for those financials to be available in real time to all department personnel.
Intacct was selected for its multi-currency, multi entity capabilities.
