Overall Satisfaction with Intellum

The entire Department of Public Health (both State and District employees) use Intellum for their LMS.
  • User friendly.
  • Good customer service.
  • Somewhat customizable.
  • I'd like to see an easier way to update employee information implemented; the current import we are using often causes problems with accounts.
  • We have a lot more employees completing their required training than we had when using our previous LMS.
We definitely prefer Intellum over Saba. Our users prefer Intellum over Saba, but my primary reason for preferring Intellum is the customer service we receive.
I needed a way to easily update nearly 5000 employee accounts and Intellum created an import for me to use. While it doesn't always work perfectly for my needs, I truly appreciate them working to come up with a solution that is better than nothing.
Our users really seem to like it since it's so user friendly. And as an Admin, I only can think of the one complaint -- that of updating employee information.
