Intellum is used as training software within our organization. With the use of Intellum, we can create our own content to push to employees. Additionally, the material is made available for use within our company. Processes have been simplified and the customizable features make it easy for our team to develop information.

Intellum offers many customizable features and focuses on engagement more than solely content output. Intellum offers thorough reporting features that provide data needed to make informed decisions and business opportunities. Intellum was easy to learn how to use and navigate and the customer service team provided support beyond their demos.
Intellum's customer service team worked alongside our department during the entire demo, implementation, and launch of utilizing the product within our organization. They not only answered our questions, but they checked in with us on a regular basis and provided resources as they became available. The response time was fast and our questions were typically answered within one response.
