Overall Satisfaction with Intercom

We use it for support chat though we are not a SAAS company, which is what a lot of their clients are. We like its feature set and their support is good.

  • Pricing (too expensive).
  • Interface, though they just released an update yesterday and I have not played with it much, it seems promising).
  • Reliability. It basically always works.
  • Support.
  • It is a support solution we can use.
  • Very positive impact in taking care of clients.

If you are not a very small business, I would certainly evaluate them. If you want to be able to answer chats anywhere and almost any way possible, even via email or mobile app, I would look at it. It is also very good at marketing to anyone who has contacted you, of course.
