Overall Satisfaction with ion interactive
ion interactive is being used as a branding tool for our online interactive content within the marketing department. The main issue we come across which ion interactive helps to solve is branding and consistency.
- Fantastic support staff when facing difficulties learning how to use ion for the first time.
- Very intuitive and relatively easy system to use for beginners through to more experienced users.
- Very easy to embed onto company website. And great help from the beginning in keeping within brand.
- Step by step written guides on how to use easy quick starts.
- More accessibility to support staff - however I am based in UK which makes it harder.
