Overall Satisfaction with isolved

When we implemented isolved in our organization we started with the time keeping module. We have now added their benefit administration module and isolved university. This platform will do as much or as little as you like. Once rules have been added and specific plans have been selected, deductions will auto-populate for each employee. In time keeping there are features that keep track of call outs or time taken without approval. The system can be set to alert you when an employee clocks in or out outside of approved range.

Isolved university is unique in the fact that not only are there training assignments already created for countless topics, but you can also create a company specific assignment or course. Courses are available for follow up after correction action, ensuring appropriate behavior is understood.

Overall, isolved has been a wonderful addition to our practice.

I would base my suggestion of utilizing isolved on the size of your company. The initial implementation will alleviate a manual workload and modules can be added as deemed necessary. Some of the fees for modules we have added are determined by the number of employees. This has made it a manageable and clear decision.
