Overall Satisfaction with GoToConnect (formerly Jive)

We use GoToConnect VOIP which is integrated with our practice management software.
  • Great caller ID
  • Integration with our PM software.
  • It is a bit cumbersome when we are transferring calls to another line. Would like an option to choose another ring style for line transfers.
  • This system is less expensive than our previous Xfinity system and GoToConnect has many more features.
  • The GoToConnect app for IOS is great. Allows us to call patients from our cell phone and the caller ID on their phone shows the office number.
When we have had questions or concerns, the techs and reps take care of them quickly and correctly.
