Overall Satisfaction with GoToConnect (formerly Jive)
We use GoToConnect VOIP which is integrated with our practice management software.
- Great caller ID
- Integration with our PM software.
- It is a bit cumbersome when we are transferring calls to another line. Would like an option to choose another ring style for line transfers.
- This system is less expensive than our previous Xfinity system and GoToConnect has many more features.
- The GoToConnect app for IOS is great. Allows us to call patients from our cell phone and the caller ID on their phone shows the office number.
