Overall Satisfaction with JobDiva

We use it to find candidates for jobs. We are in IT Staffing, and JobDiva pulls from Monster, LinkedIn, and other websites that show resumes of candidates.
  • Provides a lot of resumes in each search
  • No expiration date for postings in JobDiva
  • Fast
  • Too many buttons/actions
  • Cannot use the metrics tabs. They are always incorrect
  • When pulling data, sometimes it's wrong
  • Positive: Gives us a lot of candidates.
They are pretty quick to fix bugs/issues.
JobDiva is perfect for Recruiting.
