Overall Satisfaction with JobDiva
JobDiva is our company-wide applicant tracking system. It is being used in all departments.
One issue for us, is that we utilize it as our internal system as well, thus causing some issues with our own internal employees vs. field employees.

- Visibility -- The platform is very visually appealing, thus allowing us to be more successful than with other ATS.
- Ability to house all candidate information in one centralized location.
- Reporting - can be a bit redundant having to click the same things to generate the same reports. Some type of hot button to get the report you need would be great.
- Updates - there are often little bugs that we notice on our end before hearing about it from JobDiva. We'd love to proactively know when things are going on if at all possible.
- JD has allowed us to grow substantially as an organization.
It is the only platform we use and have considered using during my 6 years with the company.
