Overall Satisfaction with Jobma

I work at a large organization, and we have to hire multiple candidates. Jobma allows us to send interview kits to different candidates at once. We can create an interview kit and add questions according to the profile easily.
  • With the live interview feature, we can judge candidates’ skills easily.
  • It is really helpful at the initial hiring stages.
  • Instead of paying for a month, I wish there could be a feature to pay per job as well.
  • Jobma has streamlined our hiring process at a scale.
  • It saves a significant amount of time by offering the pre-recorded interview feature.
I have used HireVue as well. Though the tool has great features, but the user interface is very confusing. There is a scope for an improvement in UI.
