Overall Satisfaction with Jobvite

We use Jobvite across all of our businesses. It addresses the issues of running ads on job boards as well as tracking and managing applicants.

Pros

  • Tracks applicants through the hiring process
  • Allows for quick communication with applicants
  • Provides direct links to job boards

Cons

  • The mobile app is still weak such that none of our users are actively using it
  • The website reporting lacks integration with Google Analytics or some other BI tool
  • Jobvite made access to job boards more useful.
  • It allows us to manage a large number of active campaigns at once.
The managed services we have used have been very good, however the cost of these services and the impact on our business did not provide the ROI required to continue them. Jobvite has always provided the support we need with questions.
  • CareerBuilder Applicant Tracking (formerly Luceo)
More cost effective, but doesn't provide candidate search.
Tracking applicants and placing jobs on basic job-boards are very useful.
