Overall Satisfaction with Jobvite

Jobvite is the Applicant Tracking System used by our company. It helps manage all aspects of recruitment, candidate management and recruitment marketing campaigns.

Since we signed up with Jobvite, their customer service team and client management team have been quite responsive and eager to help in a timely manner. I've made distant friends with a number of our client managers and have attended their annual talent acquisition events in San Francisco, which offer great presentations and discussion on talent acquisition, upcoming trends, marketing, etc.
We have used template reporting as well as custom reports: time to fill, applicant sources, time to fill by department, region and manager. It's been useful to target difficult regions (or managers) and then offer additional training & resources to help everyone work together for a common goal: hiring great people.
The last thing you want with an ATS is a cumbersome, non-intuitive piece of software that salespeople cannot navigate. After all, recruiters are salespeople and many of them loathe paperwork. An ATS should be easy to use, streamlined and look good. Jobvite offers a simple, quick and attractive candidate experience in a tight job market.
Early on, an attractive aspect of Jobvite was the no "log-in" required piece. In a hit job market, it was important that candidates felt their time wasn't wasted filling out yet another 20-40 minute profile. And mobile is essential. Jobvite nailed them both.
Greenhouse was a close competitor, but at the time (7-8 years ago) we felt Jobvite was ahead of the curve, constantly adapting, and had real recruiters working on their applications and workflows. They understood the landscape.
We hear very nice feedback from applicants. My recruitment team finds it intuitive and easy to use. The search features are great and help filter candidates when you have a large population, with many positions. The messaging feature is a great addition to send content to candidates and employees. It's quite helpful on referral campaigns across regions and types of applicants (sales, etc).
