Overall Satisfaction with Jotform
We use Jotform on a day to day to collect information from Mentorship program interest, to registration for events, feedback, and everything in between. It's a solid place we can easily create forms for all types of uses. It's easy to use, easy to edit, easy to download/save information and easy to organize.

- Easy to use
- No ability to purchase additional submissions without upgrading your whole account
- Not easy to direct users back to edit their submissions
- Allows us to create and house up to 25 forms, and archive ones we no longer use without losing information
- Allows us to easily collect payment for registration events and integrates via Zapier, which saved us some processing fees (~$2 each) via our event platform vendor
- We're on a Legacy plan, which shows they value their long-time customers!
