Overall Satisfaction with Jotform
The use of JotForm facilitated the inclusion of information about customers, and after some contact, it was automatically sent to the customer. The tool makes it very easy to create/maintain the information we need to collect, with the possibility of using rules to be inserted in certain situations depending on the context of the choices (answers). I've been using the service since 2018, and since then I've only seen improvements, especially in terms of integrations and widgets.

- It would be interesting to be able to consult fields of forms that have already been sent, so that in the future it will be possible to continue increasing the content.

Very tied product, without the possibility of creating scenarios and no integration.
