Overall Satisfaction with Kaseya IT Center
We use Kaseya to manage workstations around the world with a very lean IT helpdesk staff. We use it to remote into a user's workstation to install or configure new capabilities. We use Kaseya to push software packages to individual workstations, sites, or globally.
We run reports on software installs, user utilization, etc.

- Easy to use
- powerful capabilities
- Good reporting capabilities
- Difficult to configure and use the VPro capabilities for WOL
- The agent can be uninstalled, and must be installed locally
- The user interface can be confusing
- AV, ticketing and backup features are not world class
- We can maintain a lean staff and still deliver adequate customer service
- Reports provide useful insight and software auditing
- Other than basic functions like remote control, Kaseya requires training to get incremental value from the software
- The user interface is not clean and intuitive all the time, unless you have invested in Kaseya Training.
They're both complicated to get the incremental value out of the tools.
