Overall Satisfaction with Kashoo
[It's a] Complete accounting solution for my small business. Allows me to enter expenses on the go, without taking much time of opening ever slow QuickBooks, etc.
Kashoo allows me to enter invoices, payments, create tax reportings, shows my credit card balance, and more.... everything I need.

- Mobile app for scanning receipts and entering expenses at no upcharge - spectacular!
- Missing Dashboard when you log in
- I had some multicurrency issues, as this is not supported on the mobile app
- Accounting software is a must. Kashoo covers this need and is inexpensive.
- I can access the accounting from anywhere in the world.
- I can have an employee work on the accounts anytime without an extra license.
- Better Price, QuickBooks can get pricey

- Better documentation (QuickBooks has lots of outdated and confusing documentation online)
- Fewer error messages are shown, you just do what you need to do without getting bugged by the software
- No spam, QuickBooks always pushed to update to online service
- No migration problems. When we changed our other company's hard drives to SSD we had a nightmare of problems with QuickBooks not recognizing the license # and no clear support that would help. Kashoo is all done online, no such problems occur.
