Overall Satisfaction with Kaspersky EDR Optimum

We use it for AI-driven threat detection. The machine learning algorithms help to identify new threats, and we can mitigate problems that would come from these threats. By doing so, we are enhancing our ability to respond to new threats that are being developed daily and can be by antiquated software. This product helps us stay ahead of the curse when protecting ourselves from new attacks and bad actors.

I like everything to communicate and integrate with one another. The challenge I had with Kaspersky EDR Optimum is there isn't really a basic segmentation. You will need to spend time learning how to navigate through the software to find everything you want instead of it all being in one place. It will take a few weeks to months to get the hang of the software, but you will be glad you took the time to learn it.
Kaspersky EDR Optimum is similar to these other products, but also differentiates by having the AI driven threat detection. The other products are great for what they do, but Optimum goes above and beyond these. The ability to identify new threats quickly and constantly adapt to overcome them is not something to be taken lightly.

With Optimum's ability to use AI-driven threat detection, we are able to identify new threats quicker and mitigate potential security incidents.
