Overall Satisfaction with Keap

Managing contacts, lead generation, marketing automation and follow-up, database management, and email marketing. It really helps in a comprehensive approach and a CRM that we can definitely use.

  • Need a professional to operate.
  • It helps with increasing follow up process.
  • It helps with automated marketing follow up.
  • It helps with tracking the entire pipeline.
HighLevel has a learning curve as well but it is way easier to get started than keap. It's definitely a Keap competitor and depending on business size, HighLevel can be a better alternative as compared to Keap on both a cost and application standpoint.

It is definitely great to use for small companies and for helping to keep a good CRM database. If we are doing any form of business, or marketing, and have clients, definitely something that Keap can be used for. However, if you are a business owner, learning the system can actually be challenging if you want to make full fledge automation.
