Overall Satisfaction with Kintone
We utilize it to document client information to then use for reporting.
- User friendly.
- Structural design.
- Data capture.
- Reporting capabilities.
- Integration between apps could be easier.
- We have been able to customize apps to capture the exact data we need for reporting.
We have used RDP, a SalesForce product but you must pay to have any customization done and it is not user-friendly.
