Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 PhishER
My goal was tight integration with Microsoft 365 and quick blocking of phishing campaigns. Previously, blocking was a manual process, but with KnowBe4 PhishER - I wanted reporting of real threats to trigger protective action.

- Setup of rules and actions is still a little confusing.
- I don't want to create too much traffic for the end user - need to tweak.
- I still want to see what users are submitting - a little tricky to figure out, but getting help.
- A little early to tell on ROI, but the more secure we are around email and phishing response, the less time wasted - and time is money.
- Revised opinion - it was a net-negative due to the admin burden of mis-identified phishing emails.
A little soon to tell, but there's more of a "set it and forget it" quality that you could take advantage of. I actually want a little more "noise" so I can see what people are reporting.

I don't think we've implemented this yet - or know about these particular features. The feature set is large - and I think the best approach is short sessions with support to scale up the implementation.
We've had to turn them off.
