Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use PhishER to have our users submit potential Phishing emails to our IT department. We can then use PhishRIP to remove harmful emails from all of the other users in the company. We also send out fake Phishing emails through KnowBe4 that get reported using the same button as training for the users.

Time Savings

PhishER reports to us when we hit a threshold of reported phishing emails. This ensures that we go in and clean all users inboxes using PhishRIP. We can also inform users if they report an email as Phishing but we feel the email is legitimate.

We have used PhishRIP and The PhishER Blocklist.

Having the ability to remove emails from all users' inboxes before others open them is an extra layer of protection for our systems.

We feel like PhishER is really a good tool for helping the users stay aware of potential Phishing scams. Using the campaigns to constantly send out fake phishing emails allows us to know which users fall for the scams, and automatically enroll them for additional training. This prevents forwards bad emails that can cause them to spread more easily.
