Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
User management is handled super easily with an LDAP export and import into the web GUI. Once done you've got a fully working list of users who just need to get on the first time to set their passwords. It's as simple as that and takes a major hurdle out of set up.
It's being used across the whole organization after a trial run by the IT Department. We found it so easy to use and straight forward that we introduced it seamlessly to our entire employee pool and have not had any issues. This is helping us address email security and training.

Seems to do a better job of getting the point across to the users in an easy to understand manner and usually is entertaining while doing so. The voice-overs and graphics are pleasant and easy to grasp for almost any user's technical abilities. I would say it is the best in the biz.

Lots of impact from fresh content like keeping everyone advised on the latest phishing emails to look out for. Constant email reminders are useful as well and help a lot. Also having videos and training from different publishers seems to help as well. The impact is users are ready for the onslaught of malicious emails.
The most important metrics are the list of users who need help not clicking phishing test emails. And the most important report would be for managers to see how their employees are doing. These types of information give us a wide breadth of an overview on our users and how they're learning.
