Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

Not long ago, we got our entire employee pool using this new system, and it seems to be a hit. At first, we got some complaints that employees didn't want to have to take more technical training. But they quickly found it to be straightforward, informative, and a lot less intense than past training.

This is the first email training product I've used but our previous employees had to use Cofense and have told us that KnowBe4 is working much better. From what I have heard the training on KnowBe4 is much better in their presentation. I would have to agree that I couldn't think of an easier to use solution.
Support is fast to respond to our questions and our rep makes it easy to guide us in the right direction. Have not had any trouble with opening a support request or getting a fairly quick response. Its nice that they have a web portal with Questions and Answers as well.

I know it has made our users feel more secure when going through their inbox now that they know what to look out for. Plus new content knows what's coming down the line and how to prepare for it. Also learning about other types of phishing (voice/phone/etc) has given us more insight.
Our users are all automatically in the system when our IT department sent our employee list with their email addresses. That made it easy as we didn't have to set up new accounts or anything. I have not heard any complaints about the users not being able to get in or get to what they need.
We can easily see which user in which department has fallen for a test phishing email and then react accordingly. The metrics for each department are details and for the whole organization are even better. Being able to drill down from the top-level all the way to each user is important.
Other cities and counties have asked us about KnowBe4 once they found out we were using it and it's an easy product to recommend. We have shown them how easy the training videos are and how our users are responding. It is well suited for all places using email today.
