Love it--don't know what we'd do without it!

We handle user management with our users' email addresses as logins. The only time they have trouble is when they forget a password but what's new? It was a super simple implementation and I don't know how to improve that! Maybe a password hint for our users could save us a little more time helping them.

We have begun to see the need for an email security product as there have been so many spam and malicious emails in the last few years. Due to that, we have now begun to use KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training and things seem to be getting under control. All our users are taking the training.

I would say the impact of fresh training is huge as it keeps everyone abreast of what's coming. Also having access to different content publishers gives us a more broad knowledge of what's out there even if we have not had to deal with that specific threat yet. I think we are very prepared now.

Reporting is a huge bonus as it keeps us aware of everything in the system. Knowing all the details that it provides definitely helps managers and directors to know their employees' email habits. You can even see some employees trying hard to do well on the tests now! That is a huge plus.
