Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

We have begun to see the need for an email security product as there have been so many spam and malicious emails in the last few years. Due to that, we have now begun to use KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training and things seem to be getting under control. All our users are taking the training.

KnowBe4 seems to have a lot of smart people running the show as we always get the latest info on new bad emails coming out. You could say they know the hackers before the hackers make a new move! I guess it definitely helps to have white hat hackers on their team!
Support has always been good from what I hear around the office. I have not had to deal with them personally but I've heard good things and very rarely hear about a problem with support. It seems their support is local and knows their product well. I would rate their support a perfect 10 out of 10.

I would likely recommend this to anyone who asks about an email security training system. They seem to be the most well known now and I can see why. It's easy for all our users to take training, understand the topics, understand why it's so important, and make changes to their email habits.
