Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
The Security Awareness Training is being used by the enterprise as a whole as security vulnerabilities can occur in any department which affects the whole organization.
- OWASP training for developers to address the application security issues.
- Training on avoiding pitfalls related to email phishing, ransomware, etc.
- Intruder attacks.
- Network cyber defense.
- It would be great to augment with additional examples related to OWASP training to help developers.
- More training for folks who are not savvy tech users to understand impact of security breaches for the organization.
- Getting feedback on simulated tests helps users become more aware/more well-versed on the email hygiene.
- Application security measures can help the organization avoid costly cyber attacks.
- Networks can be inoculated against DDOS and other cyber attacks and ransomware.
While I recommended KnowBe4, the decision was made by the Security Team and I am not aware of their full set of criteria.
