Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
We use KnowBe4 to send annual and periodic training, primarily targeting phishing campaign training. We also use KnowBe4 to send out phishing tests to all the employees.

- KnowBe4 has helped to provide knowledge on email best practices across the organization.
It offers variety but often I find the training I want to use is on a higher paid plan. I do wish there were more specific trainings about phish emails that could be used in response to a failed phish response. Currently, the trainings include more than just phish email training.
We have it integrated with AD but it does not work overly well when importing departments.
Click rate and who entered credentials in phish tests are most important.
