Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
We implemented several different campaigns: for new hires, executives, and the whole company. We had some issues to manage the content of the training. For example, during the COVID pandemic, receiving fake emails about bonus and salary raise was not the best for some employees. Also, we are struggling to find the best frequency to conduct phishing campaigns.
- Provides various types of templates for phishing emails
- Easy to manage campaigns
- Easy to see results of a campaign
- That would be great if we can create different groups and have different types of training based on the previous results. It's hard to customize training for each user.
- Report Phish button stopped working for us. We cannot bring it back on
- We'd like to have more options to provide auto-response to those who reported phishing emails
- The results show that the majority of the employees became more careful
- People started to report legit emails as phish more often
- Since we lost report phish button, we are not really happy

It's cheaper than other tools. We already use this tool.
[Fresh training content] is certainly great, but not the first thing I'm looking for from KnowBe4. They already provide adequate training. I'd like them to improve their service differently.
We import users from AD for the whole company campaigns. We also custom generate some campaigns for specific user groups like new hires, executives and etc.
Users are exposed to different types of attacks so that they can learn and grow.
