Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
It is used for widespread awareness building about malware. It addresses the problem of possible risks to organizational assets created by malware. The intent is to equip the global workforce to detect possible malicious emails or approaches and counter them with preventive mechanisms. I found this training module to be useful for that purpose.
- Providing example situations
- Explaining concepts and their context in simple terms
- Providing specific suggestions for prevention of risks.
- There could be more typical examples from realistic work context
- There could be simulations of actual attacks and steps of progression to happenings
- Too early to specify the impact. However the expectation would be to protect ROI
I have not used any other products of this kind. While I can imagine that several other products might exist, for this kind of purpose one does not necessarily look for the best. Something that is good enough and lucid serves the purpose, which this training module does adequately well.

- Equip all functions to take defensive and precautionary measures against fraud and infection
- Train all functions on the right approach to report suspicious activity
- Simulating malicious emails to test people's awareness and vulnerability
- Giving individual pointed feedback of people's internet usage habits
- Train vendors and partners in a similar way, thereby reducing our own risks
