It is used to create training content, allocate users, manage email templates and communications, generate training reports, send reminders to users and their managers. To purchase this product, the contract terms and pricing structure for KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training was pretty clear and straight forward. The invoice was clear on the components, unit pricing, billing frequency etc. The contract terms and pricing model for KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training is also clear but option to tweak or customize each subscription levels based on the content used or required by the company could be available.
KnowBe4 is helpful when the organization has a definite understanding of its training needs, has a roadmap along with a strategy to achieve its requirements.
