Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
We utilize KnowBe4 to send out simulated phishing campaigns, monthly newsletters, and training modules for users who fail their phishing campaigns.
KnowBe4 helps our organization stay safe in the age of technology and rampant phishing attacks. KnowBe4 allows us to keep our users up to date on current phishing practices, and test their aptitude at identifying suspicious emails and maintaining a healthy level of skepticism when receiving emails from unknown sources.

- KnowBe4 has allowed us to get insight on our employee's weak points and vulnerabilities when it comes to phishing for less than $1/user, which is an extremely good value
- We've seen a drastic reduction in successful phishes now that we've implemented KnowBe4 and their campaigns and training modules. Even by increasing the difficulty of the campaigns. our overall at-risk percentage has dropped from roughly 30% of employees to under 10%.
Webroot SAT does not compare to KnowBe4. For what is effectively the same price, the usability from both an administrator side, as well as from a client/user side, is not comparable at all.
The interface in KnowBe4, the training, the phishing options, and most importantly, the constant additions to their phishing and training library make it magnitudes better than other products I have tried.

My favorite part of KnowBe4's training content is the "phish of the week" content. Each week there is new content that is based around real phishing emails that are happening in the world, as well as any new attack vectors.
The constant updates to their content allow me to keep the content fresh and also introduce new challenges to the employees, allowing them to maintain the level of awareness needed, and also allowing the security team to keep up to date on how the company is doing against the ever evolving landscape that is phishing.

Due to not using Microsoft 365, users have to be manually added to our KnowBe4 console. This is a pain point, and I hope that in the future more integration is added with Google Workspace to allow for a user sync similar to AAD within MS365.
KnowBe4 offers an EEC report monthly which highlights any of our employees data that was leaked as a result of a data breach at other companies. This allows us to see what public data is out there and what could be used to craft realistic spear-phishing campaigns against our organization.
