Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

We use the security awareness training modules that come with our subscription. We also do monthly phishing tests. The phishing tests are very important to keep our users trained on the ever changing threat landscape. Email is our #1 threat. We also use the PhishER and PhishRIP with our O365 email to identify and extract malicious emails.
  • Immediate training after a user has clicked on a phishing test
  • Tracking and reminding individuals to take mandatory training
  • More professional and succinct training for highly educated and time constrained professionals
  • More simple and clear instructions for people who have started training and think they have completed it but really didn't. They just forgot a very simple step
  • Better reporting on metrics to help with future decisions on how to train more effectively.
  • The test phishing campaigns are well designed. They have many options for remedial training and focused training for individuals that click frequently.
  • The phishing and training campaigns are designed to reduce the administrative burden on departments that have limited resources. I can setup campaign and forget about them. Many times, I catch myself asking whether there is a test campaign that is active.
  • Information from KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training and phishing campaigns is shared monthly with our security committee that reports to our Board.
We use KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training to compliment the Mimecast email security products we have.

It is helpful to view content from other publishers when looking for our annual security awareness training content. It is nice to see current and relevant training from different perspectives. It would be nice to have more industry specific training. We are a law firm and many times I don't feel like our attorneys will react positively to the training because it is too long or is not professional enough.
After the initial implementation, we have not had to do much with user management. Our users synchronize directly with our Microsoft Active Directory. We do need to manage KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training groups to distribute specific content but that is not overly burdensome.
It is important that we receive 100% compliance on our annual security awareness training. The metrics and report help us track that well. Now if they could just help me get my users to actually take the training :-). The metrics for the phishing tests are very helpful. All of this data is easily exported if more manipulation is needed. The information from the KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training platform is used at the highest levels of our organization to help shape our future security awareness training.
The KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training provide a good basic understanding as well as some focused examples. It would be good to have more profession training modules. Many of the modules are funny or but for my audience they need to be short, focused and very professional. If there could be some that are focused on privacy topics that would be great.
