For training employees to spot phishing emails. We also use the phish ER capabilities to triage emails and provide useful information. This also quickens the process for a small team of security personnel.

We need longer over time measurements and grouped more easily by department.

I think it's great for employee training. Able to deliver and track the training. Basic reporting works well but more in-depth reporting is left to be desired. Other features are useful but not required. Phisher could use more automation capabilities and functionality. There are a lot of things we don’t use but there are great training modules but our current tier prevents us.
