Overall Satisfaction with Kofax Power PDF

We love Kofax Power PDF. It has been our go-to program for saving, printing, annotating and revising PDFs for many years. It is flexible and easy to use. I love the “typewriter” and “highlight” functions which allow me to communicate information beyond the text of the pdf with my staff and clients.

Easy to create legal pleadings which can be filed electronically. Easy to share drafts with comments and highlighted areas with others. Easy to implement with new staff. I really like this product.
I am a solo attorney with several part time staff. Kofax Power PDF is easy to implement among staff, easy to teach and easy to learn. Highly recommended, It is affordable, especially compared with the Adobe products. It is versatile, and has functions useful to trial attorneys, such as Bates numbering, and headers and footers which include the ability to number pages.
