Overall Satisfaction with Kofax Power PDF (formerly Nuance)

Kofax Advanced Power PDF is used across all departments of the company. It allows us to create, manage and sign cortical PDF documents that would otherwise would not be possible with a free tool. The one-time fee is better than paying a monthly fee of the other major player in this space.
  • Digitally signing documents.
  • Editing pdfs.
  • Creating PDFs from other file formats.
  • Provide free updates.
  • Cost savings.
It was simple and easy.
Cheaper and slightly less functionality but worth it.

Editing PDF and signing.
It’s a great overall tool. The sending of documents for signing to other people could be a bit easier and could provide the use of digital signature tokens like Adobe. But that’s about it as far as limitations from our use for business purposes. We can’t suggest any other improvements.
