Overall Satisfaction with Kofax Power PDF (formerly Nuance)
In our organization we receive and send many files in PDF format that either need to be reviewed, edited or converted to other usable applications. Kofax Power PDF is a key tool when we have to work with drawings related to projects and products. Kofax allows us to comment, make the required changes and add any information that may be pertaining to the matter at hand.
We also created our company's own sales catalogs and brochures, which we distribute as PDF, both through our webpage or in direct emails.

- Commenting menu could use improvement for required document revisions.
- The typewriter function should be able to adapt and have better font compatibility.

- Has enabled our team to work with electronic documents in an easier way.
- Has facilitated the conversion of existing and new document in various MS Office formats into PDF files.

We chose Kofax PDF for its in-the app features, because widely used by major enterprises and it allows you to create, edit and annotate documents.
Adobe Acrobat DC - It is a powerful program, but also comes with a hefty cost, and limitations which Kofax surpasses. Plus Kofax is a more advanced product.
Foxit PDF - It provides quite a bit of features, but to our needs, it seems crowded and you have to depend in too many cloud based features.
Soda PDF - It is quite costly and provides a great number of features, most of which I assume are not used or of value to most small businesses out there.
