Overall Satisfaction with Kofax Power PDF (formerly Nuance)
I current use Kofax Power PDF Advanced to assist in assembling financial and operating reports. By taking reports from multiple sources such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Kofax allows me to bring them into the Power PDF software and assemble them into our monthly operating report. The software allows me to rearrange pages, delete pages and add in headers and footers with page numbers all in an easy and efficient manner.
- Ease of use.
- Efficiently assemble a report from multiple sources ie: word, excel and convert to PDF.
- Easily convert documents to editable PDF format and searchable PDF format.
- Make it easier to access training by including a training link within the product that takes you directly to instructional videos.
- The most significant impact this software has had is to reduce the turnaround time on putting together financial and operating reports critical to decision making in our business.
I have Kofax Power PDF provides great value for the tool that you get. I appreciate that there is no subscription fee as well.

Evaluating Kofax Power PDF (formerly Nuance) and Competitors
Yes - Adobe Acrobat Pro. Did not like the interface and did not like the fact that you have to have a subscription.
