Overall Satisfaction with LeadSquared

We used LeadSquared for email marketing and nurturing leads to create better conditions for our sales department. In our organisation, LeadSquared was used by marketing only. The main reason for choosing LeadSquared was the fact that LeadSquared could be fully integrated with our existing CRM system, providing us with customer insights to be used by the sales department.

  • Very fast and good support system
  • If ever facing issues, the support team is very fast in replying - and they have created some thorough support articles where you can find answers to almost everything. Also the chat function in the administration gives you fast help
  • A/B testing
  • One essential thing missing is the ability to A/B test emails
  • See emails and landing pages in different browsers/smartphones/apps
  • In other systems, they offer the possibility to see how the design acts in the different browsers/apps etc. This would be very helpful
  • More professional lead nurturing
  • More efficient email marketing
