Overall Satisfaction with Less Annoying CRM

I use Less Annoying CRM with my coworkers to keep track of clients, sales, tasks and events. This software enables everyone on my team to be on the same page. Not to mention, their accessibility with screen readers for people who are vision impaired is great. Anytime I have an accessibility issue, the team at Less Annoying CRM take it seriously and resolve my issue in a timely manner, making it possible for me to continue to be productive in my workspace.
  • Sinks between the events within the software to my calendar and vice versa.
  • Allows me to group clients appropriately.
  • Reminds me to follow up with various tasks.
  • When I send an email to a contact through Less Annoying CRM it keeps a record so that when I need to go back and look at what was sent or another team member needs to see, it can easily be done by going to the client's contact.
  • Being able to add tasks to my calendar the same way I can do with events.
  • Helps keep on task.
  • Great for organizing and keeping track of customers and sales.

I find the usability of Less Annoying CRM to be extremely easy through its user interface. if you don't know how something works, they have a great help section that teaches you how to use the different features of Less Annoying CRM.
I happen to be a blind person that uses a screen reader to access software on my computer. Anytime I have had an issue with the Less Annoying CRM software, I have always had a person from customer service either walk me through my issue or send my concerns to their developers that resolve my issues in a timely manner. I highly recommend this software based off of the customer service alone.
If you are a small or large company working with a team of people, Less Annoying CRM is a great solution for everyone on your team to be on the same page and collaborate with each other. Less Annoying CRM makes it easy to keep track of the progress your team members are doing and allows people to stay organized.
