Overall Satisfaction with LinkedIn Jobs
I use LinkedIn Jobs to post new and open roles for the entire organization. We use this in our recruiting efforts and to reach out to candidates. It helps to address our hiring initiatives and to drive people to learn more about our company and assist in hiring the right candidates.
- Tracking open roles
- Creating search folders for each role
- Having a lot of options in my search to help narrow down the right candidates
- I don't like that sometimes when posting a role it auto-populates if I enter in a few similar words into the box
- I don't like that the role doesn't auto renew or notify that the roles are expiring
- Job searches
- Finding the right candidates- lots of search options to filter candidates
- Has brought in a lot more candidates
- Gives me the ability to view many people and compare when they come into a role
