Overall Satisfaction with Litmus

We use Litmus to check the rendering of our email before we send them out of SFMC. We use the integration and do not take advantage of the other tools within our Litmus accounts.
  • Shows broken responsive elements in preview.
  • Build, test, and publishes the latest code innovations for email.
  • Best email industry conference.
  • More options from the app via the integrations.
  • Expedited the push for responsive designs.
  • Showed design team they need to use a mobile first mindset after seeing proofs.
My email specialists only use the integration and do not log into the app.
We do not use the proofing features as they are not exposed via the integration with SFMC.
Both have features the other could benefit from. I trust the accessibility testing more but get more reliable rendering via Litmus.
Well suited:
A company wanting analytics on their subscriber's behavior in the inbox.
A company wanting some form of email approval process.
Designers and developers wanting to ensure their email render across most possible variances.

Less appropriate:
Litus is very expensive for many SMB companies.
